Please Note: Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #ead9ce
Set your Background colour to #446812

Step One:
Place Pattern in PSP Patterns Folder
Install Font
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.

Maximise Alpha Channel
Duplicate
Close Original
Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background/Sunburst Gradient as follows:

Step Two:
Selections/Load/Save Selection/Load Selection from Alpha Channel D.D.StPats as follows:

Flood Fill with Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Weave as follows:

Step Three:
Selections/Select None
Effects/Distortion Effects/Curlicues as follows:

Maximise Irish Wreath.png
Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as New Layer
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow as follows:

Step Four:
Selections/Load/Save Selection/Load Selection 2 from Alpha Channel from Disk
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Texture/100rr as follows:

Change Background Colour to Pattern goldfill_2 as follows:

Swap colours in Materials Box as follows:

Selections/Modify/Contract 5 pixels
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Background Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Mosaic Antique as follows:

Step Seven:
Layers/Merge/Merge Down
Layers/Duplicate
Image/Mirror/Horizontal OR Image/Mirror

Maximise Fant_creature_leprechaun_CibiBijoux.pspimage
Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as New Layer
Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top
Effects/Image Effects/Offset as follows:

Change Opacity to 80%
Effects/User Defined Filter/Preset Emboss 3
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow BUT change V and H to 2 and Opacity to 75

Image/Free Rotate/15 degrees/Right
