Before opening PSP, download plugins and install

Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.



Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #f89e82
Set your Background colour to #8b66c5

Step One:
Place Gradient in PSP Gradient Folder
Place Texture in PSP Textures Folder
Place Mask in PSP Mask Folder
Place Styled Line in PSP Styled Line Folder
Install Presets

Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.

File/New/New Image 900 pixels x 700 pixels as follows:



Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background/Sunburst Gradient NGMulticolor5 as follows:



Flood Fill with Gradient

Step Two:
Effects/Texture Effects/Texture/Fur as follows:



Selection Tool/Custom Selection with the following settings:



Step Three:
Swap Foreground and Background Colours with the following result:



Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Foreground Gradient
Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load Mask mask nospeciaal 10 from Disk as follows:



Layers/Merge/Merge Group
Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance
Swap Foreground/Background Colours back to original settings

Step Four:
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Meister/Perspective Tiling as follows:



Selections/Select None
Pen Tool/broken stars with the following settings:





Starting on the left side draw a line across the image as shown below:



Convert to Raster Layer
Objects/Align/Horizontal Centre
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Seamless/Emboss at Alpha/Default Settings
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow as follows:



Step Five:
Select Raster 1
Layers/New Raster Layer
Selection Tool/Custom Selection Tool with the following settings:

Edit/Copy  Edit/Paste into Selection
Change Opacity to 50%
Change Blend Mode to Hard Light
Selections/Select None

Step Six:
Maximise JRettNewBeginnings_813a.pspimage
Edit/Copy  Edit/Paste as New Layer
Effects/Image Effects/Offset as follows:



Using the Deform/Pick Tool, drag the sides to the edge as shown below:



Deselect Deform/Pick Tool
Change Blend Mode to Hard Light
Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.0/Drop Shadow as follows:

Step Seven:

Edit/Copy  Edit/Paste as New Layer
Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top
Carefully remove the tuber's watermark with Eraser Tool

Image/Add Borders/5 pixels/Background Colour
Magic Wand with the following settings:

Edit/Copy
Promote Background Layer
Image/Canvas Size as follows:
