Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
File/Export/Custom Brush
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #bcc7d2
Set your Background colour to #395e85

Step One:
Maximise  May 2011 Mist 1A2 MKM
Edit/Copy        Edit/Paste as a New Image
Layers/New Raster Layer
Layers/Arrange/Move Down
Change Foreground to Foreground/Background/ Linear Gradient as follows:



Flood Fill with Gradient
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Meister/Cloud as follows:



Step Two:
Maximise D.D.cow.grazing
Edit/Copy        Edit/Paste as New Layer
Layers/Arrange/Bring to Top
Effects/Image Effects/Offset as follows:



Step Three:
Maximise canard en vol
Edit/Copy        Edit/Paste as New Layer
Image/Resize/20% as follows:



Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow as follows:

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen

Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.0/Shadowlab  BUT change Distance to 4 and Opacity to 45


Step Nine:
Paint Brush Tool with the following settings:



Layers/New Raster Layer
Using the Foreground Gradient click once in the bottom left hand corner (see my image for placement)
Repeat this putting another image to the right and a bit lower
(If you are unable to install the brush I have included an image for you to copy/paste)
Effects/Effects/Artistic Effects/Halftone as follows:  



Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.1/Shadowlab

Step Ten:
Maximise DeniseD Signature.png
Edit/Copy   Edit/Paste as New Layer
Place at bottom of Layer
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add your Watermark
Layers/Merge All Flatten
Image/Resize/800 pixels wide - height will adjust itself
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
File/Export/JPEG Optimiser/Compression Value 20
