This Tutorial was created in PSP X1 BUT this tutorial has been updated with Version PSP2020..... other versions may need adjustment

Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder

View/Rulers

Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.

Set your Foreground colour to #dbdbd1
Set your Background colour to #92897a

Step One:
File/New/Transparent  700  pixels x 700  pixels as follows:



Change Foreground to Pattern CJ_Foil 10  as follows:



Flood Fill Layer with Pattern
Select/Change to Target Tool as follows:



Use the following settings:



Right click on your Background Layer and wipe the tool all over the pattern until the colour changes to your Foreground Colour
Deselect Change to Target Tool


Step Two:
Selections/Select All
Selections/Modify/Contract 20 pixels
Edit/Clear
Selections/Invert
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel as follows:



Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance
Selections/Select None
Layers/Duplicate

Maximise Floral Frame Side Border.pspimage
Edit/Copy      Edit/Paste as New Layer
Image/Resize 50%
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen More
Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize (or use colours to suit your image) as follows:

Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.0/Drop Shadow BUT change colour to Black
Place in the bottom left corner (see my image for placement)
Layers/Duplicate
Image/Free Rotate/90 degrees Right
Image/Mirror Vertical OR Image/Flip
Move image up to the top of the layer to connect with the previous floral corner
Layers/Merge/Merge Down
Image/Duplicate
Image/Mirror Horizontal Or Image/Mirror
Image/Mirror/Flip Or Image/Flip (it should now be in the top right hand corner)

Step Eleven:
Image Add Borders/2 pixels/Background Colour
Layers/New Raster Layer

Maximise D.D.Signature

Edit/Copy   Edit/Paste as New Layer

Place at bottom of image
Add your Watermark
Layers/Merge All Flatten

Image/Resize 800 pixels

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
File/Export/JPEG Optimiser/Compression Value 20
