Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Export Picture Frame to PSP Picture Frame
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Place Texture in PSP Texture Folder
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.
Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #eaebe6
Set your Background colour to #cad2ba

Step One:
Open Frame AKD_Frame85E
File/Export/Picture Frame as follows:

 

Insert name of frame as shown below:



Step Two:
File/New/New Image 650 pixels x 850 pixels as follows:



Step Three:
Effects/Texture Effects/Texture/FD_Fabric_11 as follows:



Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.0/Waterdrops as follows:
Please note:  It is difficult to set Number of Drops to the exact figure.  
Just get a figure somewhere between 1000 and 1100


Change Opacity to 85%

Step Four:
Layers/New Raster Layer
