Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.



Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #f6efd2
Set your Background colour to #e1ca8d

Step One:
Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Install Preset
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.
File/New/New Image 850 pixels x 550 pixels as follows:



Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background/Rectangular Gradient as follows:



Flood Fill with Gradient
Effects/Plugins/Distort/Ocean Ripple as follows:



Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance

Step Two:
Layers/Duplicate
Effects/Plugins/&<BkgKaleidoscope>/Radial Replicate as follows:



Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance
Image/Resize/85% as follows:



Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen More
Brush Tool/Warp Brush with the following settings:



Place the Circle created by the Brush into the top left hand corner as shown below:



Hold down the left side Mouse until the Circle is complete or desired effect is achieved
This may take a few seconds to complete.
When you are happy with the result click the tick as shown below:



Step Three:
Change Brush Tool/Warp Brush settings as follows:



Place the Circle in the bottom right hand corner
Hold down the left side Mouse until the Circle is complete.
This may take a few seconds to complete.
Click on the tick when you are happy with the result 
Deselect Brush
