Before opening PSP, download plugins and install

Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #73a9b3
Set your Background colour to #d1d8e1

Step One:
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Place Texture in PSP Texture Folder
Place Brushes in PSP Brush Folder
Open Masks and minimise
Install Preset
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.

Open Alpha Channel Portrait of a Lady.psp
Duplicate and close Original

Layers/New Raster Layer
Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background/Sunburst Gradient as follows:



Flood fill with Gradient

Step Two:
Selections/Select All
Layers/New Raster Layer
Maximise your Image of a Lady
Edit/Copy  Edit/Paste into Selection
Selections/Select None
Carefully remove the Tuber's Watermark with Eraser Tool
Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling/Default Settings
Change Opacity to 70%
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur as follows:



Effects/Plugins/VM Distortion/Vision Impossible as follows:



Step Three:
Effects/Texture Effects/Texture/texture 38.jpg as follows:



Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Background Colour
Layers/New Mask Layer/From Image (find Masque Diana.jpg )as follows:



Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance More

Select Raster 1

Promote Selection to Layer

Change Opacity to 50%

Maximise Deco1.png
Edit/Copy   Edit/Paste as New Layer
Carefully remove the tuber's watermark with Eraser Tool
Maximise Deco 2.png
Edit/Copy   Edit/Paste as New Layer
Carefully remove the tuber's watermark with Eraser Too
Layers/Merge/Merge Down
Repeat once

Step Ten:
Maximise D.D.BlueFloral.png
Edit/Copy   Edit/Paste as New Layer

Place in top right corner

Using the Background Pattern click once on the top left side.

Deselect Paint Brush Tool
