This Tutorial was created in PSP X7 BUT reworked in Corel 2018.... other versions may need adjustment

Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.

Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Place Texture in PSP Texture Folder
Place Presets in PSP Presets Folder
Place Selections in PSP Selections Folder
Install Font
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.
Please Note: Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.

Set your Foreground colour to #fbf0bd
Set your Background colour to #a0bcb4

Step One:
Maximise JHanna_616 background
Effects/Plugins/Simple/Quick Tile
Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimtied 2.0/(ALFS IMPORT) /RADONV as follows

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen

Step Two:
Promote Background to Layer
Selections/Load/Save Selection/Load Selection D.D.Peace from Disk as follows:

Selections/Invert Edit/Clear
Selections/Invert Edit/Copy
Edit/Paste as New Image
Minimise for now (I will refer to this image later as "copy of circle')

Step Three:
Selections/Select None
Layers/New Raster Layer
Layers/Arrange/Move Down Change
Foreground Colour to Sunburst Gradient as follows:

Image/Resize/800 pixels wide - height will adjust itself
File/Export/JPEG Optimiser/Compression Value 20
