Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.

Please Note: Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #efdca1
Set your Background colour to #cca94f

Step One:

Place Mask in PSP Mask Folder
Install Font

Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.

File/New/New Image 750 pixels x 550 pixels as follows:

Effects/Plugins/Medhi/Wavy Lab 1.1as follows:

Step Two:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill with Foreground Colour
Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load Mask 1250181534_Nikita_masques.jpg from Disk as follows:

Layers/Merge/Merge Group
Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance

Step Three:
Using the Pick/Deform Tool, drag the bottom middle icon up to 250 pixels as shown below:

Deselect Deform/Pick Tool
Layers/Merge/Merge Down
Layers/Duplicate
Selections/Load/Save Selection/Load Selection D.D.GoFlyAKite from Disk as follows:

Effects/Texture Effects/Tiles as follows:

Change Opacity to 50%
Selections/Select None

Step Four:
Maximise JR-WBITS-KITEFLYING.pspimage
Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as New Layer

Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as New Layer

Step Seven:
Image/Add Borders 5 pixels/Background Colour

Selections/Select All
Selections/Modify/Contract 15 pixels

Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel as follows:

Step Eight:
Change Background Colour to #b3613c
Text Tool with the following settings:

Some versions may require different settings here
Write:

Kites rise highest
Against the wind
Not with it!

Convert to Raster Layer
Place in top right corner
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Seamless/Emboss at Alpha/Default Settings
Change the size of the font to 12 and write:

Winston Churchill

Convert to Raster Layer
Place under the previous text.

Step Nine:
Image/Add Borders/2 pixels/Background Colour
Maximise Signature.png
Edit/Copy Edit/Paste as New Layer
Place at bottom of Layer
Layers/New Raster Layer
Add your Watermark
Layers/Merge All Flatten
Image/Resize/900 pixels wide - height will adjust itself
File/Export/JPEG Optimiser/Compression Value 20
