Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Open Masks in PSP Program
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.
Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #c9d1ba
Set your Background colour to #637d9f

Step One:
We will be swapping colours a fair bit in this tut, so making a swatch in
the Materials Box is useful.  See Mini Tutorials on the Group Site under Files
for instructions.
File/New/New Image 900 pixels x 700 pixels as follows:



Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background/Radial Gradient as follows:



Flood Fill with Gradient
Selections/Select All
Selections/Modify/Contract 5 pixels
Keep Selected

Step Two:
Change Background Colour to Pattern prc_lace010 as follows:



Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with Background Pattern
Change Opacity to 50%
Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited 2.0/Edges, Square, Square Edge 17 as follows:



Effects/Edge Effect/Enhance

Step Three:
Layers/New Raster Layer
Selections/Modify/Contract 35 pixels
Flood Fill with Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds as follows:



Selections/Modify/Contract 10 pixels

Change Background back to Background Colour
