Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Place Texture in PSP Texture Folder
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Place Masks in PSP Mask Folder
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.
Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #90bcde
Set your Background colour to #1c3051

Step One:
File/New/New Image 800 pixels x 600 pixels as follows:



Change Background Colour to Foreground/Background/Linear Gradient as follows:



Step Two:
Maximise windchime
Edit/Copy        Edit/Paste as New Layer
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Meister/Copies/Default settings but change Number to 17 as follows:



Selections/Select All
Selections/Float
Selections/Defloat
Flood Fill with Background Gradient
Effects/User Defined Filter/Emboss 4
These are the settings if you don't have this setting in the dropdown menu:



Selections/Select None

Step Three:
Magic Wand with the following settings:



Select the following areas:



Layers/New Raster
Layers/Arrange/Move Down
Selections/Modify/Expand 1 pixel
Flood fill with Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Weave as follows:



Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel as follows;



Selections/Select None
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Edit/Copy   
Edit/Paste as New Image (this will be referred to as New Image later on)
Minimise for now

Step Four:
Back to original image
Layers/New Raster Layer
Layers/ Arrange/Move Down
Change Background back to Background Colour
Flood Fill with Foreground Colour
Effects/MuRa's Meister/Cloud with the following settings:



Layers/New Raster Layer
Change Background Colour to Pattern  dkj_silver_pattern  as follows:



Flood Fill with Pattern
Layers/Load/Save/Mask/Load Mask Narah_Mask0738 from disk as follows:



Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance More
Layers/Merge/Merge Group

Step Five:
Layers/Merge/Merge All Flatten

Image/Resize/90% as follows:



Select Background Layer

Select Copy of Merged Layer
