Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.

Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #d0c6db
Set your Background colour to #e7caa6

Step One:

Place Texture in PSP Texture Folder
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.


File/New/New Image 800 pixels x 600 pixels as follows:



Step Two:
Selection/Select All
Maximise D.D.mosaic.jpg
Edit/Copy    Edit/Paste into Selection
Selections/Select All
Selections/Modify/Contract 8 pixels
Edit/Clear
Flood fill with Background Colour
Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds as follows:



Repeat Effects/Texture/Blinds BUT untick Light from left/top
and TICK Horizontal

Step Three:
Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance More
Selections/Modify/Contract 15 pixels
Edit/Clear
Maximise D.D.mosaic.jpg 
Edit/Copy   Edit/Paste into Selection
Selections/Modify/Contract 8 pixels
Edit/Clear
Flood fill with Background Colour
Repeat Effects/Texture/Blinds BUT untick Horizontal
and TICK Light from left/top
Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance More
Selections/Modify/Contract 10 pixels
Edit/Clear
Layers/Duplicate

Step Four:
Working on Copy of Raster 1 layer

Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background Sunburst Gradient as follows:



Flood fill with Foreground Gradient

Step Seven:
Using the Magic Wand, select the centre of the image with the following result:



Selections/Modify/Expand 8 pixels
Select Raster 2
Edit/Clear
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill with Foreground Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Texture Canvas Fine.png as follows:



Selections/Select None

Step Eight:
Select Copy of Raster 1 Layer
Layers/Arrange/Move Down

Image/Resize/58%
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Change Opacity to 75%
Move slightly towards the left side of the frame
