Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.

Please Note: Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #e0e9b7
Set your Background colour to Pattern D.D.irish_blessing.jpg as follows:

Step One:

Place Texture in PSP Texture Folder
Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Place Selections in PSP Selection Folder
Place Masks in PSP Mask Folder
Install Font
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.

File/New/New Image 850 pixels x 700 pixels as follows:

Flood fill with Background Pattern

Step Two:
Change Background Colour to #aabda2
Change Foreground Colour to Foreground/Background Linear Gradient as follows:

Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill with Foreground Gradient
Effects/Texture Effects/Texture/grain fine cloudy.BMP as follows:

Selections/Select All
Selections/Modify/Contract 15 pixels
Selections/Invert
Effects/Plugins/Filters Unlimited 2.0/AFS IMPORT/sqborder2 as follows:

Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Effects/3D Effects/Inner Bevel as follows:

Selections/Invert

We will call this copy No 2
Minimise for now

Step Five:
Working on the original image
Image/Mirror Horizontal OR Image/Mirror
Image/Mirror Vertical OR Image/Flip
Change Background Colour to #125f2f
Text Tool with the following settings:

Settings may vary according to your version of PSP

Write:

For each petal
on a shamrock
that brings a wish

Convert to Raster Layer
See my image for placement
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000/Shadowlab
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Minimise for now

Step Six:
Select Copy 2
Using the Text Tool write:

Good Health,
Good Luck
and Happiness
for Everyday

Convert to Raster Layer
See my image for placement
Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen
Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 4000/Shadowlab
Layers/Merge/Merge Visible
Minimise for now#aabda2
