Before opening PSP, download plugins and install
Some helpful information:

You can change the blend mode, opacity and drop shadow, as well as colourise the materials,
according to the tubes/colours you are using.

When applying the Resize with the All Layers option checked, this will be informed in the tutorial,
otherwise, apply the resize with this option unchecked.

Remember always to save your work.

Whenever you reduce an image, apply Adjust/Sharpness/Sharpen, to maintain the sharpness of the image.

Some tools or features have other names in earlier versions of the PSP.

Please Note:   Offset settings provided in this tutorial may vary according to size of your image.
Please adjust to suit.

The settings remain the same throughout this Tutorial unless otherwise stated.
Set your Foreground colour to #8fab98
Set your Background colour to #153565

Step One:

Place Pattern in PSP Pattern Folder
Place Mask in PSP Mask Folder
Place Gradient in PSP Gradient Folder
Place Preset Shape in Preset Shape Folder
Install font
Open graphics in PSP, duplicate (Shift D) and close the original.


File/New/New Image 700 pixels x 700 pixels as follows:



Step Two:
Preset Shape Tool/Dodecagon as follows:



Start at the top left hand corner and draw out the shape until it fills the layer as shown below:



Convert to Raster Layer

Step Three:
Change Foreground Colour to Gradient Bkgr43 with the following settings:



Magic Wand with the following settings:



Select the centre of the shape
Flood fill with Background Colour
Layers/New Raster Layer
Flood fill with Foreground Gradient
Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load Mask from Disk Vix_EasterMask20102.jpg as follows:



Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance
Layers/Merge/Merge Group
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Seamless/Emboss at Alpha/Default Settings
Keep Selection

Step Four:
Image/Canvas Size as follows:

Repeat Cutout with - H and V settings

Change Background Colour to #ecd35b
Preset Shape Tool/Ellipse  with the following settings:





Starting at 100 pixels x 100 pixels, draw out the shape as shown below:



Convert to Raster Layer

Move your curser until you get the image below:



Write:

or words of your own choice
Centre the text and then convert to Raster Layer

Maximise Signature.png
